Got high for the first in 4 years this past Sunday (I'm sorry Lord ) and it really changed my vibe / mood a complete 365.

Erased my mind of so much clutter and negative energy sapping urges.

Woke up past couple of days feeling like I'm in one of those movies where they open a window and let birds and sunshine come in.

Been on a semi junk food / healthy diet and going for quiet walks in the morning..........


The only way you can stop is if you remove the urge (which is the gun pointed at head) from your head
