Either way, the cross simultaneously made it look as though he made him fall (yea I reached for that one)

Rose did make him fall.

if Rose didn't stop so quickly and pull that cross, Felton never would have fallen.

watched the .gif a few more times, and NOW it looks like you all may be right....Felton might have tripped over his own feet right as Rose stopped...
 
I was skeptical at 1st but after re-watching it, looks like Felton was bamboozled when Rose stepped back a lil
