Directions to Mamplasan / Paseo de Sta. Rosa Nike Outlets?

Can anybody help me with directions going to these two places? Are they far apart from each other?

I will be coming from Quirino/South Super Highway. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Want to go there before I go out of the country.
