I remember when I was younger I came up with an alternative theory that during this alleged time there must've been some hallucinogenic gas in the region causing ppl to believe/see what they claimed happen.

However, viewing/writing Jesus as a more grounded person in reality and just taking all the supernatural crap as lies humans used decades later to control the masses makes more sense.

didnt read. but my theory was he couldve been an illusionist or a magician/troller at the time. and maybe he rose from dead meaning he woke up from a coma or some crap. but even after all this, everything couldve been a huge product of the basic game of telephone...a story told is never the same at the end of the game. plus the lack of technology, science and iq couldve played many factors in whatever these fables have become in this day and age. so whatever my theory is may not even be possible because we dont even know how straight the stories are. i couldve had a completely different theory if one piece wouldve been added or taken off.

also the fact that theres stuff like jesus having a wife, jesus' image being a kings son or something, or peolle thinking christmas is his real bday is real questionable. plus why is he the avg male everything lol. skinny/cut 5'10 good facial aesthetics.

if the gas was that good he probably did those things for real lol..i think the poor back then wanted to believe in something better than this life after death.. so makes it easy to understand the fairy tales, knowing some died in wat he believed in is pretty powerful.. makes me wanna pick up a bible

If Jesus were to come back in today's world, he'd probably be a bum labeled as "crazy", proclaiming to be the son of god. After all, how many of us have passed by "Jesus" at our local 7-11s?
