I think it's the lamb chops and those tend to be huge

rack of lamb is 50/50 but my favorite place for them is Rive Gauche but that's by the Valley, still my go to date night, love their creme brulee

one of my bucket list is to meat at Peter Lugers in NY though

edit: all these steak talks got me starving and it's 1am  you gon' make me go for an in n' out run

U ever been to alexanders steakhouse
There's 3 in norcal
Ive been to the ones up here
But there's one in Pasadena I wanna go to
Menu is different at each one
It's an upscale spot like a step up from ranch
But similar

Anything new worth checking out in Downtown Disney? May take the drive there after work so my daughter can walk around.

never been to Alexanders but I have heard of it

I think it just opened the Pasadena location last year(?)

not much and some are under construction but the Disney store isn't a bad stop for the seasonal items if it's her thing

Any new food spots worth trying or should we just drive over to the Packing District?

I'd certainly go to the packing district for food with your daughter for the variety.

They have the Pop Bar for some good gelato/sorbet on a stick, Mini Monster for some awesome bubble tea, Han's for some ice cream, I Am for some shaved ice, etc... and those are just for desert.

But that's me, I just like the choices and right outside is the Umami burger.

Damn fellas thanks for the tips. So many options now and I’d love to have a great steak but after doing this

last weekend my lady wants to do Disney date night since we’ve never done it and grub and watch Thor at the amc.

For the guy who wants to propose just an fyi for the fireworks show you might not want to miss it but if you do propose zero pops out during the show.

I think i'm going to buy another annual pass.. Signature or Signature Plus?

Running the Avengers 1/2 marathon in a couple weeks. Have any of you done any of the marathons at disneyland before?

it all came down to how close we lived. we didn't do the sig because we live about 7 hours away, depending on traffic, so we have to plan a thorough trip regardless. we'll spend Saturdays in the summer chilling, go shopping, hit the beach, or whatever. we take the money saved on the pass and put it into another trip. if we lived closer, it would be different since we could decide to hit the park day of.

me and my wife have the sig
our kids have the deluxe
we have the sig because we do random weekends when we just go by ourselves
and we don't wanna run into blackout dates

Avengershalf is fun but it might be the last year so enjoy it

get the Signature and just buy the annual MaxPass for $75 (to get the app Fastpass and Photpass) unless you want absolutely no blackout dates

that's the life, we went by ourselves earlier this year and it was an awesome time. our youngest two are still young, so it's tougher getting away for so long.

yah and you'd want to avoid those times anyways since it'll be too crowded
