Hey, i was looking to open my own online store and sell everything sneaker related such as key chains,phone cases, sneakers, and all aimed at sneakers. I have gotten a distributor that can sell me nike and Jordan releases. However they want me to pay a 600 fee up front that will keep our connect sort of like a contract. he was saying he charge this becuase he doesnt make much from shoe sales. Is this normally how it works or is it a scam? He only accept paypal so that made me feel a little better. Any advice will be taking
