Diving in a frozen pond: Give me some ideas on a costume and a dive EDIT video on p2

I made this post about my fundraiser for cancer research before

Feb 3 is the Polar Bear Plunge. I need some ideas for a) a costume, and b) a dive
We get rated on these and prizes are handed out

how do you dive in if its frozen..u wont get very far....i assume the ice isnt very thick or there will be a hole drilled

What yall think of this
a) I get floaters on my arms and around my waste and a bathing cap and jump in
b) I get body paint, draw a batman logo or superman logo, and then put a shirt over it and jump in. When I am underwater, I rip of the shirt and climb out and ppl think I went from Bruce Wayne to Batman
