True, I see what you're getting at.
Undoubtedly there are people that live that way, I just don't understand why someone would want to subject themselves to the confines of 4 walls. Just seems like a miserable life to me.
Maybe the people that do it are used to it and don't think of it as odd.

Thats why I feel the youth today are a bunch of emo whiners, who love this whole "forever alone" movement. Go outside and do something, even if its just a walk around the block.
My girl and I were walking to our apartment last week and seen a bunch of kids playing tag and ding dong ditch, and we were both seriously happy to actually see kids playing outside. It was pretty refreshing, because I don't see much of that anymore.

Nah I didn't leave the house today, took out the trash and felt so free I was jumped a couple times now I am back inside and feel confined.

What about the gym, eating out, getting groceries, something breaks in your house and you need to fix it? School, meetings, Seeing family members that are miles away? I could never do it. Need to hang out with friends outside the house and meet new people.

To me life wouldnt be worth living if I never got to go out. Youre basically in home jail if you never leave your house. Im sure anyone would go crazy after a while.
