I have to sleep on a stiff mattress, the stiffer the better (no ho-mo) because my back is messed up (degenerative disc disease)  Sometimes I sleep on the floor because its hard to find a stiff mattress that feels right. But, if you like your mattress to be extra soft, go ahead and cop

yes they do. find one made out of latex. i'd avoid the "memory foam" type. trust me.
