I've wondered this myself quite a few times...
this lady yesterday was so "in the spirit" that she flung back and slammed her back against the pew.
In my head I was thinking "I bet she'll calm herself now"
For which I immediately felt wrong for thinking

My pops side is Pentecostal, and all they talk about is getting the holy ghost.. I know a lot of white Pentecostal people, and i know for a fact I've heardthem talk about the "holy ghost" or a variation of it..

They do. Just not as smoothly.
With that said, I facepalm anytime I'm ever in a church and see this. Which has been a lot, and I don't even go to church. (Forced to by staying withfamily only.)
Saw one girl rip part of her shirt off. Mad as hell when she "fainted."
