Do super soldiers exist?!?

Aight so me and my boys had just finished a sesh

and decided to play some special ops on COD

. In the level i was playing there was a juggernautsoldier that ran after you and would get up multiple times after being shot. that go me to thinking do super soldiers like this actually exist in the U.S. oranywhere else?

I was also thinking what if they gave soldiers mad steroids and some sort of government issued pcp that turns them into super soldiers?
