Do ya'll actually laugh out lound when you type or text LOL?

Like on Facebook, NT, through texts or whatever....do ya'll really laugh out loud when you type/text it?

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, it depends.

Sorry for the random topic, it's just something I was thinking about.

Most of the time, no. I only really laugh when I type it all uppercase, which is when my friends usually know when I'm actually laughing.

I stopped using "lol" when I got in high school, don't know why exactly. I basically replaced it with "haha," not really a bigdifference.

lol is not really a laugh. maybe just a chuckle, but usually its just to lighten up my tone on aim conversations. LOL means i probably did laugh out loud andthat i am dying.

Yeah, I don't really use it either. I usually hit them with the "haha" "ha" or "that's funny" or whatever. Ijust used that as the title because it stands for laugh-out-loud yet I know a lot of people that use it when they don't haha

Nah, I usually only type it to let the other person know that my comment is not completely serious. Sometimes it's necessary in text conversations, withoutit people may assume the worst.

Not really, most of my guy friends know it's usually jokes, but if I actually laugh out loud at something they send, then I'll type "lol"

With girls I usually just say "haha" so they know I'm joking... it doesn't matter cause INS

The length of a "haha" indicates how funny I think something is.

Example:

• "Haha" will range in meaning from a courtesy laugh to a mere smile.
• "Hahaha" means that I made a sound that could be interpreted as a laugh.
• "Hahaha+" means that I am laughing outloud.

I rarely laugh outloud, though. Usually I stick with "haha".
