Do you frequent your area's parks?

The greenery is one of the main reasons i stayed in the bay. Golden Gate Park is usually where i go but its starting to get boring. Is it just me or does itnot seem that big? I think ive explored it in its entirety. Any hidden spots i might have missed?

Snow on Mission Peak is amazing! It's awesome that this peak is visible from nearly everywhere in the Bay. I've climbed it once, and Mt. Diablo as well. Mt. Tam in Marin is next on my list.

Fremont definitely has its share of awesome East Bay Regional parks, especially the SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge around the marshlands. Coyote hills is one of my favorite places to visit.
Time to climb Mt. Diablo.

Go there with a chick, I guarantee you'll start enjoying it again, show her around and act like a guide, you'll definitely get some pointsfor that.

Pretty much run the 5 mile trail couple days a week at Benicia St. Park (Bay Area).

There are some around the Martinez area so you never know. They love the water.

Mountain lion attacks are extremely rare. There have only been 14 attacks in California since 1890 (source: US Fish & Wildlife). It's actually quiteamazing that large cats, pumas really, can exist in an area so heavily urbanized as the East Bay. It can be attributed to the large expanses of land reservedfor parks. I believe the East Bay Regional Park District manages over 100,000 acres of wilderness.

Hmm....that's very comforting to know, but I'm still carrying a blade.

don't really go to parks around the bay that much, but I've fished everywhere along san pablo bay.
