DO YOU KEEP YOUR PHONE ON SILENT?

I realized I always have my phone on silent. Not really sure when it started or why. What setting do yall use?

Sometimes I keep it on silent though. Rarely ever have it on ringer.

Mostly with the volume on unless I’m at a place where it’s not allowed, and then it’s on vibrate. Lately I have it on vibrate when I’m sleeping because I’m getting constant scam calls from African numbers that ring once and then hang up, trying to get me to call back and charge some ridiculous fees.
