Noticed the other day this doesn't seems to be nearly as popular as it was leading up to about 10 years ago. Hell there were forums specifically for people who were trying to get waves, filled with techniques and product reviews lol. Are they not "cool" anymore?

Nappy fro with the fade >>>>>>>

Waves are cool though.... No disrespect to my famb with the butter melts...

I have dreads.... So I win by default

Yea I been rocking the fro for a long time now. Kinda bored with it to be honest, but I don't want locs, waves, or braids.

I can dig it.

yea man. I'm a professional. Dreads and high top fades, quarter moons, and afros aren't going to get the job done. it's all about presentation and a crispy haircut is the start. doesnt hurt when you have natural 360s either, i really only brush it when i get out the shower and when i wake up in the morning, just a once over. fresh after a cut, the waves are on boom. and white/latin women love my hair.

I still like the look of em i just don't have the willingness to really have a whole process going on with my hair nowadays i barely grab a brush :lol

Yea, I use to spend hours and hours brushing my hair, and would get that line across the forehead when I had the durag too tight. Too loose and it can come off while you sleep.

:lol No lie i vividly remember being barked on in class for brushing in the middle of lectures. But that feel when a chick says you have nice hair and proceeds to brush for you :hat

Been ******* around lately hairs grown out on top and is basically a fro, 1.5 to 1a on the sides and the back with the 360's still going, tapered of course.

My hair is naturally wavy so yeah. I don't put nearly as much effort into it like I did when I was younger, I just brush it like every other day and that's it.
