Can these shoes still be ds with a non-icy blue bottom? and looks like their yellowing slowly ? he told me they were ds.

Yes shoes with an icy sole can yellow without being worn, dosent matter if their ds. An icy sole turns yellow over time due to oxidation. Hope that answers your question fam.
