If I were to become incapacitated for whatever reason without having a health care proxy or power of attorney, would my spouse be able to make decisions on my behalf because she is my spouse versus other family members?

I suggest you talk to a lawyer. Because of something happens, lawyers are going to be the ones arguing about it.

I believe so...if I'm not mistaken, Khole Kardashian had the final say as to whether or not to pull the plug on Lamar Odom.

Yup, once you legally marry, that person is essentially power of attorney; it's more like spousal privilege.

Nah only woman I trust 100% is my sister.

I'm gonna make her in control if anything happens.
