It's really easy to write these kind of flows. Just gotta find the words that rhyme. I have a fast choppy sporadic flow, I use a lot of multi syllabic rhyme schemes, here's one for example that has no deep meaning but just for the technical aspect.
"Cuz I'm rippin n stickin it
Like ya stickin a clip n it
Blinded,
givin ya astig'
,matism,
When I diss em'
Got' the skills
Lem' me' list em'
Dis be
Fillin ya with bliss n the
crispy whiskey keepin ya frisky
My rhymes be nifty
with this risky twisty shifty flow
Gots ta get da dough
Hit the floo'
Feelin invincibow"- Cubeddd
It's all about syncopation and counting you're syllables. You have to have some technical talent to spit fast, but a lot of it, is finding the words that rhyme and matching syllables. I also have a very good understanding of the English language and grammar.
