Has anyone else noticed having a female supervisor sucks? When I'm dealing with male supervisors, it's all gravy. I joke with them, for the most part they allow grace periods going to/coming from breaks (2-3min. or so) and things like that. It's a breeze dealing with them. All they ask is that the work gets done and gets done RIGHT! Female leads/supervisors wanna enforce that BULL crap! No talking, you're a minute early/late for/from break, you already went to the bathroom twice. I am 24 y/o, not an effing 3rd grader.
Anyone else noticed this?

BTW - I'm Black and I must say, Black female supervisors are the absolute worst. I think because they're women in charge that they're already at a disadvantage but then because they're Black they feel they need to be stricter or something.
