theres an asian version with the menus in english but no online play and then theres the japanese version with online play and no english menus.
you can find the translated menus online tho. its shipping in today so when i get home imma be driftin

theres a translated guide online. its not that confusing. I used to have Initial d: special stage for PS2, which was the arcade port of version 2. played that game with no translated guide.
