He doesn't have Vince Carter-esque type bounce that he once had...but he can still get up. He put a few dudes on posters last season.

Remember last pre-season he dunked on somebody something awful. Think he could afford to lose some lbs., perhaps get some of that explosiveness back.

Also...crazy thing about that vid...that most of that is his post injury bounce. Even the ABCD stuff. He got hurt in HS...and tore his knee up again at K St.and he was still trying to jump over dudes. It's a wonder he's even still effective out there.

In high school his bounce was flat out ridiculous. He just isn't close to being as explosive as he used to be.

big time tourney. we used to play every year, thank god we never played his team though, him and oj were flat out disgusting. we used to go watch them justlight teams up
