Restore it to factory settings. That'll wipe it clean. You'll lose all your files but at least it'll be free. It'll be better than spending over a hundred dollars just for the shop to put a CD into the drive and do the exact same thing.

Bruh it's acting horrible. Definitely is slow and the internet is almost totally unusable. Every time I click on something pop ups and new pages come sprouting up from everywhere.

I had to stop watching Netflix and etc. on this laptop cause commercial audio would just start playing out of nowhere. I'm talking only one tab open and all other programs closed but some how commercials just start blasting.

Could be more than just your computer that's the issue...could be your internet, your networking,etc. or maybe your computer is just old and is running it's course.

If you don't want pop ups/ads, then get adblock. If you're not using it already, would definitely recommend using a browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

When did your computer start slowing down? Did you do any security scans? If not, would recommend AVG, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, and Spybot which are all free.
