It's stuff you probably already know about

-Slavery
-Invasions
-One of the most successful genocides in human history (where are the native Americans?)

Just off the strength of these three America wins or loses, however you wanna look at it.

You'd be amazed at some of the atrocities that occurred during the Sino wars and the Edo period in Japan but like you said, every country as blood on their hands. Even my own,Canada.

Bringing up Pearl Harbor, though? REALLY? I guess they forgot about the two H-bombs dropped on Japan and the internment camps that Japanese-Americans were held in.

This year has really made me look down on uneducated people...As low as that may be to say.

Pretty much.  I've often pondered moving to a different country to get away from the growing ignorance in our country.  The U.S. will fall eventually, and when it does the world will watch and say "told you so".  I don't want to be a part of that.
Granted, no country is perfect and ignorance is everywhere.  But I'll be damned if we don't take the cake here in the states.

1) The "growing ignorance in our country?" So what you're saying is that this country is more ignorant than it's been?
2) Where exactly is this Utopian country you wish to move to? Ever been to Europe? Way more racist than it is here, and they're very open about it. In Spain, they make monkey noises when black players touch the ball. Real life.

And there it is.
All great civilizations do eventually.... Some could say that it's already begun with what's happened the past couple years.

Sad thing is that it actually looks like something JB would release

That's stupid dumb. Nagasaki, Hiroshima, and didn't we own them in a bunch of battles..
That wa 70 yrs ago and has nothing to do with natural disaster. These people are just heartless. Prob closet racist.
And total deaths from this tsunamiquake will far exceed ph death toll. Sad

I'm surprised no one mentioned the depletion of marine life that Japan has committed. If anything, that would be more karmic than Pearl Harbor.

But whatever. These peeps are zeros.

1.  Maybe I should've clarified more.  America has always been ignorant--it was built upon it.  I'm talking about how now it seems cool to be this uber-patriot and clown everything non-American.  If you can't see the growing animosity towards those people and things which aren't traditionally American, you're blind.
2.  Yes, I've been to Europe before--several times, actually.  Maybe you didn't read my last comment where I said ignorance is everywhere.  Of course there isn't a perfect country.  Of course racism is everywhere.  But take a look around at how others view Americans--there is some truth to how we're viewed as the ultimate ignorant society.  And it has to do with way more than just racism, btw.   That's just scratching the surface, IMO.

an angry black dude is going to take this the wrong way

So sad, this stuff is not funny at all. I don't know how people are even thinkin of Pear Harbor right now considering that was 70 years ago, and Japan did assist us with our natural disasters
