yupp, it was in the in the Most Anticipated Albums of 04 the Source/XXL had way back when...i honestly dont think this cd is gonna come out anymore..i tried tobelieve for years that it would but year after year it gets pushed back...we hear that hes in the studio finishing it up, then it gets pushed back a year..igive up on it

I just remembered that I put a 5 dollar deposit down on Detox at Sam Goodie back in the day like 02' I think.
 
'Detox' has never been on my radar....by the time I heard about it it was already an Urban Legend.
 
Nobody outside of NT even cares about this album dropping. Many don't even know Dr.Dre is coming out with an album named "Detox".

He prob gonna have stinky beats like 50 Cent's "Get Up" anyway.

It looks like fans of Dr. Dre will have to wait just a little longer for the release of his highly-anticipated and hugely delayed solo album Detox.

In a Q&A that will be featured in the March 03 edition of SLAM Magazine Dr. Dre revealed that the album will not be available until next year, 2011.

When asked about DetoxDre responded with the following, "Well, I'm working on it, but also I've been working on other people's projects; you'll probably hear something in a year or so."

This latest update is sure to have fans of Dr. Dre wondering if Detox will even be released at all.

Detoxwas initially set for release several years ago, but Dr. Dre was again swamped with solo projects from several artists on Aftermath and the album was gradually delayed.

Dre did give fans a very small taste of Detox when a snippet from Detox was included in a Dr. Pepper commercial last year.

I dont even care really, like someone else said on here awhile ago, even if detox comes out its gonna be on some Shock Value 2 type basura
