in 2008 they will be receiving 99% of the dunks released by nike, that goes for a lot the exclusives as well. this year it has received 9 different styles injanuary alone. urban on powell also stocks exclusive vans/new balance/asics/shoe apparl, etc due to the store volume and customer base. im not a representivefor the store, nor am i making any profit/commission. the powell location has a few in-store shoe heads who can gladly help you get what youre looking forwithout the outrageous markup! =)

im sure everyone is aware of urban outfitters, just wanted to be aware that theyre in the game now for all the heads!

I've always liked Urban Outfitters along Powell. They carry a wide selection of decent brands like Fred Perry, Nike, etc.

Hm. Couldn't fooled me. The Santana Row store is small, but I hope it picks up on getting more and better product in...

lol I guess I asked for that. I work there, but like most retail im paid hourly so I don't make commission at all. just a fellow shoehead spreading theword. =)

i think everywhere will be getting 99% of the dunks since its year of the dunk

word. and not quite sure how i was dishonest, but to each their own.
now youre in the know.

UPS gives you crappy hours. mostly graveyard-$** hours.

Have a couple of friends who did this while going to school, Amazing.

I didn't know about the one in Santana row until last night when I was chilling waited to be seated at Maggianos. It looked really girl from what I couldtell compared to the powell one....I unno I just glanced over though, didnt give it a second look. I was hoping I could go there and get the same productwithout having to deal with the huge crowds like powell. Oh well, guess not.

BTW delete this thread before more unknowing people get the word.

And Urbn what do you look like (no ayo) because I'm around that store a lot and possibility of me seeing you there is pretty high.

I was there about 2 weeks ago in my black northface jacket and glasses totally soaked from walking to huf looking for the college dunks when i just went backto get em there.

tall white guy, usually in a fitted or beanie and tattoos. theres only me and one other shoe head. I usually work mens 7 days a week but recently got promotedto loss prevention. so im a door guy now. so u can't miss me.

I think UPS is a great place to work for part time. I worked their during my college year for a couple years at the SJC airport hub and it was prettychill. Mind you, of course you have to 'work' by lifting and moving the packages, but I saw that as a small workout. How many part time jobs outthere can you find that give you FT benefits for part-time work? Hardly any are out there. I also ended up purchasing stock at the time (1996) for a low rateand man are they still looking 'mighty healthy' and that's even through these hard economic times. Keep in mind, UPS is not for the lazyone.

Come on now. Don't act like you're the almighty with the knowledge of what's where and where's what. Every comes to thisboard for some information, including yourself...
