I mean, yeah I noticed it down south years ago.. I figured it was because with the islands so close and all, the cultures would bleed over and what not.I'm probably right. But here I am at the top of Indiana and ALL I see are locks now. Just an observation..

I love my dreads. Had braids, got tired of taking em' out, finding somebody to do em', washed, blowed dried every two weeks. #*$% was just too much. Dreads go to the shop get em washed up re-twisted and im out the door.

I was 2 months into growing out my hair before I realized it... then I just went with it, and stuck with it. A few months later I was locked and I looked in the mirror and felt more confident. It was a wrap then.

Lol...nah; it just gets stunted...my hair grows to a certain point and won't grow any longer; longest I've ever had it grow was when it was twisted back in '03-'04
