Dressing Better on a Budget - Where are parents shopping for their stylish teens without dropping a bag?

I have a nephew who wants a pair of StockX Jordans.. the sticker price isnt necessarily the issue.. just curious if there are parents outfitting their kids in stylish shoes, clothes etc for the same price as that one pair of jays? Stores, Shoes, etc open to suggestions and input
