CP Achilles are very versatile, in white, it is the perfect go to sneakers. Low profile, simple design and great quality. There really isn't much out there that can compare, once you handle it in person, you'll see how solid and well made it is, just from the leather used and solid sole.

Correct me if I'm wrong.  But isn't the jacket wrongly sized? The chest bulges (lapels) out a bit, and I was told that was a sign that it's not fitting the person properly.

naw man, you can wear a bowtie with khakis and loafers.
All it really takes is confidence to pull it off....that could be said about anything though

for an interview, white shirt and dark tie (probably some patterned black).  Check Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Nordstrom Rack for Penguin or Ben Sherman ties...I've seen quite a few black ties from these two brands and they're slim as well.

In general, anything looks pretty good with a charcoal suit imo.  Be creative.

You can wear it with whatever you like.  The only rule would be to make sure that your clothing and bow tie are in season based on the patterns
and materials.  ie. (Wool) Tartan print = Fall/Winter ,  (Silk/Cotton) Floral print and pastels = Spring/Summer

I would go with a white shirt and red based tie.  In corporate America, a suit with a red tie is call a "power suit".
