Are public libraries closed on holidays...specifically tomorrow? I looked at the website for the library and it dosent say anything

well, my school is closed tomorrow and whenever they're closed, the library next to my school is closed.

i work for my gov so im off. and my class is online so there is no such thing as a holiday or snow day to them 

i just want to get out my apt because i get too easily distracted when i need to study.
