D Wade has always rubbed me the wrong way. From the whining. To the whistles. To the fact that he'll always go out of his way to show that he's playing hurt.

I think ISS will be more interested to hear your opinions on basketball. You sound like you're max 13 years old.Originally Posted by djuzi05

Best statement Lbj made all year he got the paper he dont have to play basketball another day in his life and people who root against him take basketball more serious than he does at the end of day i believe.. Nba needs Lebron more than Lebron needs Nba he already owns a soceer team & marketing firm he making moves without the Nba.. Plus i just read other day opening up his own store in Miami.. Like Jay-z say "im not a business man im a businessman"

I'm not sure if I actually believe that any of that is true about Lebron, but if it were it would go a long way in explaining his passiveness/lack of killer instinct in the finals, and would make me respect him far less as a basketball player.
I think it's laughable that you say "he got the paper he don't have to play basketball another day in his life" as if that's a good thing for him to take that approach. Any employee that's just "there to collect a paycheck" is in general not going to be working as hard as somebody that loves their job.
Thats exactly what lebron was saying. He does it for liking to play bball etc... and at any point that he feels hes grown tiresome of the game the criticism that go along with it, he can leave and always know that he will be fine financially and will always have love from ppl you actually matter.
And his position is different then most ppl, this so call i love my job id do it for free is crap. Ppl learn develop to love a job because they know that they have to perform/do said job as a means of survival. Its like make the best of a situation type thing. He isnt like the regular 9-5 cat that if they just up and left would never have a financial worry in life.
