I keep seeing this...and I'm not sure where people are getting this from. Among the hypebeast crowd they are still super popular. They're going to sell out damn near whatever city they go to.

Will wait to see how it plays out.  Will probably end up downloading the album if he puts one out.  But I agree with what was said on the first page.  I could never get into tyler....mellowhype is better then i expected (got put on them from a NTer) and i love Frank Ocean.  So i guess i don't like OF for the most part lol.

I'll give them sell out shows.  That said, would you believe that Vanilla Ice still sells out shows in similar sized venues?
Just take a look at the official OF thread.  Joint slowed waaaaaay down, which to me equates to the initial hype wearing off.  NT is a pretty good gauge of internet hype levels, IMO.  Earl dipped and all of a sudden that unbelievable momentum they had kinda left.  I would imagine it'll be tough to get that back.  And if they do, like you said they're catering to a lot of hypebeasts.  Trust that they'll move on to the next "it" group in time.

Rocky has infinitely more staying power than any Odd Future gimmick rapper.
