easports gamerface help

i recently picked up the new tiger woods 2010 for xbox 360 and i'm having trouble getting my face in the game. i went to easports world's website andcreated an account and put my picture in it for the tiger woods game but when im playing the game it always says that i never uploaded it to the server. i gothrough all the steps but it never works. is there something i'm missing?

first make sure theyre the same game account online as in the game. Second once it Saves on the online server you should be able to retrieve and generate it onthe 360. I just did it with fight night 4
