UPDATE:
So dude opened up an ebay case and I won. Ebay saided with me
but then this guy opened up a paypal case and I lost and got $400 taken out of my account.
I contacted paypal and they reviewed the case again. they said the most they can refund me is $350. either i can do that or take the guy to court.
took the $350. basically I lost $50 on this whole mess SMH. never selling on eBay ever again.
