Once Ebay decides in your favor, they will provide pre-paid shipping labels for you to use. You don't have to worry about right/wrong address as long as it gets tracked and delivered. Ebay uses the address it has on file.

I didn't know eBay provided pre-paid shipping labels for situations like that, is that something they have been doing for awhile?

Not sure when they started, but I had 2 disputes and won both cases recently. In both instances, they provided pre-paid shipping labels and once it was delivered back to the seller, the money was refunded to my Paypal account.
