Ebay Feedback, what should i do

this guy from japan paid me 5 days ago for the item. i was explaining to him that i never shipped to japan and if the customs kept the package i didnt wanna beheld responsible. he was like just send it to my uk address. and today all the sudden he leaves me a negative feedback that says paid 2 weeks ago and u stillhavent shipped. it really pissed me off, so because i already have the negative feedback should i hold off from shipping even later?

As soon dude paid you should of said something when you saw he lived in Japan.
