Has anyone ever used this? Basically, it allows you to "Buy It Now" without having an ebay/paypal account by purchasing the item with a credit card. I was just wondering if this would be safe?

safe, i assume yes, just make sure youre buying from a good rep power seller. otherwise i wouldnt risk it.
on another note, i buy from ebay using credit card all the time via paypal. i never attached a bank account to my paypal. so thats how i buy if it asks for paypal. you should give that a try.
