Ebay noob. Got a question.

First time using ebay.

When you sell an item and the auction is over, how do you find out the shipping address from the person who had the highest bid? Also, once the auction is over does the money go straight to your paypal account?

if they have paypal, their name and mailing address should already be there. do make sure they're confirmed and verified.

always put insurance and delivery confirmation.

it'll take a couple of days for the money to be transferred to your account, depending on your bank.

1) If the buryer is confirmed you can automatically print the shipping label from the confirmation page.

2) The money goes to your PayPal account but is on hold until the buyer leaves feedback or you show proof of delivery.  21 days if you do neither of these, you automatically get the money.

under "my ebay" click "sold"
in the middle of the screen look for the item that was sold
at the end to to right should b a small drop down menu (it should either say "send invoice" or "more actions")
its right under the "print shipping label"
select "view order details"
and you'll see who won, their address, etc...
