I have 16 feedbacks in total and 100%.

Paypal keeps holding my money after I sell an item on ebay for about 21 days.

They usually let it go 3 days after the item has been delivered but I was wondering when they'll stop doing this..?

How much feedback do I need?

You got a looooooong way to go. Read the disclaimer on Paypal. Until you establish a history of good selling, they will hold your money. Best way is to always update the tracking number. Once the item has been delivered, given that there is no issue with the item once the buyer receives it, they will release the hold after a few days.

After 90 days of selling they start releasing it faster.

If you live in a big city... Just sell on craigslist famb...

I think the fees, unfamiliarity, and people cheating the system ain't worth it...

I'd rather sell some kicks for $250 straight cash home on Craig list...

Than $300 on eBay, before the fees, flakers, and scammbers.

damn... well that sucks.

I always add signature confirmation + tracking on everything so it'll be harder to get scammed.

anything else I should watch for?

I'm a new seller as well , if the buyer gives you feedback , you can recieve the money faster , you just have to establish yourself on ebay no matter how much feedback you have , they give you three months before it start going automatically to your account
