I just sold some shoes to a guy who has 2 feedback (In 2 years) and his account is registered in the US (Virginia), but the shipping address is in South Korea.I tried calling the phone number that's registered to his account but it's disconnected. What kind of protection do I have?

When shipping overseas there is no such thing as a confirmed address. Yes he paid, the e-Check just cleared today. I haven't shipped them yet though.

No you're not. You're only covered if you follow the steps paypal outlines. You must ship within 7 days of payment, must be able to prove delivery. DC for under $250, signature confirmation if it's over $250 and the big one is.. address MUST be confirmed. Most overseas address are not able to beconfirmed. If he ships to an unconfirmed address paypal WILL side with the buyer and he will be SOL.

yes there is. they confirm overseas addresses on paypal now.

I think it's certain coutries. I've yet to see an Asian country with confirmed/unconfirmed addresses.
