Egg Donors.

As I was looking for some tutoring work on Craigslist, I found an ad on donating eggs and wasn't really aware that they charge so much for them. I never been to a sperm bank, but I doubt it's anywhere close to this type of paper.

So obviously this isn't anything new, but I'm hearing more and more females using this as a "side hustle". Depending on the state/country, females can donate their egg every cycle and make anywhere from 3500-8000 per month. We talking 42-96k per year.

So, I brought this up with a few female classmates and get their opinion's on it were mixed, for many reasons.

My question to you NT is, if your girl was interested in doing this for monetary reasons, would you be against it or support her decision?

Was not aware.

But, male sperm is actually worth more that what sperm banks give to donors. They artifcially cap the payout for men because...well, who would work if you could earn big bucks to jerk off.

Yeah definitely, price depends on genetics as well as personal accomplishments. Some programs will pay more depending on these factors.

ive been told that this isn't something you can do do regularly because its so invasive. im not entirely sure how many eggs the avg woman has, but i understand it to not be a good look health wise to donate eggs regularly...could be wrong tho i never really read up on it.

Idk, just reminds me the whole "designer babies" sort of thing. You can pick how you want your child to look. Aside from that it more or less asks the question, how much is a human life worth? Actually quantifying it makes it more sad imo.To be honest, if my girl was interested in this (which I don't think she would), we would have a long talk about it.
