BUT AT THIS POINT I WOULD HAVE LOOK AT EITHER THESE AS THE 23'S.

actually these are the XX and XXI. the XX would've been a nice XXIII but haven't seen them yet so can't judge.

I think you're all missing the point. The 20's, 21's, and even the 22's were all released fairly recently (so they've got the "newtechnologies" or whatever). Therefore, it would make sense that one of them could have been released as the 23's (well, at least more sense than the4's and 11's).

I wouldn't have minded seeing the 20's or 22's being released as the 23's personally. But what is done is done, like someone above said, sowe'll just have to live with it.

Oh, and I guess the pics we had were fakes possibly... but I doubt that they're much different from the final product (if they ARE fakes).

Why are you so positive that they are fake pictures? Any evidence or citation?

Also, the way you look at XX and XX1 can't change the fact that they are not XX3.

Well, nobody's going to force you not to take XX and XX1 as XX3.

If you insist to think that way, CONGRATULATIONS! Your XX3 has been on the rack for years, mine have not.

Spiz'ikes aren't any different than Dub-Zero's, just that more people liked the visual aspect this timearound. Very much a love/hate shoe, but definitely not even close enough to innovation to be considered a signature Air Jordan, IMO.
