Who the hell in their right mind would pay $9,000 for a pair of shoes?! I don't care how rare these things are!

this is all quite true, but I would like to add a bit more as well.Originally Posted by eeBS7eez
there's a big difference between samples and limited releases. sure samples may be more rare, but a lot of them are rare to the point where no one knows about them. therefore, some of these samples get no hype at all, whereas a limited release shoe like the eminem/UNDFTD IV is something that basically everyone knows about. kicks are 10% style and 90% hype, (15% concentrated power and will), and that's how prices like these come to be.

6 YEARS!!NEVER Seen Fake Em. 4's
Because of the status behind them.I really wouldn't know where to post this other than the Jordan Brand forums and this question has been on my mind long enough: Why do Jordan Eminem IVs and even UNDFTD IVs go for more than much rarer samples that I've seen on ebay? I've seen Eminem IVs go for around 5-7k on ebay and see spacejam '45's barely get to 2.5k. Why would this be so? Lock if this isn't important but I'm pretty sure other sneakerheads would want to know why as well.
