looks ok but nothing about the shirts would make me choose them over an established/known brand. the tag shirt reminds me of the roc-a-wear logo, not in a good way and basing shirt colorways off of existing hat/shoe combos has been done. maybe coming out with a different way of flipping colorways would help you stand out. like complimentary colors instead of a flat out match. kinda like the cross bars and stars, but that's cuz it reminds me of dcs flag. shorty looks better with a hat on. i would also advise on using one name as the brand identity. keep pushing though. much better than alot of other NT start ups.

Doesn't look too bad. I like the shirt of the logo though.. Pretty creative. I don't really see the shirts standin out much though. It's kind of simple. As posted above, there isn't much that would make me choose this shirt over a well know brand.. But you have to start somewhere, right? Good Luck to your friend though.. It isn't an easy business...
