South: Syracuse Orange
East: Kentucky Wildcats
West: Duke Blue Devils
Expect Duke and the Purdue Boilermakers to battle for the last No. 1 seed through their respective conference tournaments. The Kansas State Wildcats, with at least one game remaining against Kansas, are also in contention for the top line of the bracket.
