Everytime I sneeze by whole back and chest hurt. It started yesterday. All this damn pollen got me sneezing like crazy. Even the allergy pills are barely working. Anybody got any allergy medicine tips? like which is the best?

Yea my allergies are on a whole 'nother level this year. The roof of my mouth gets swollen and itchy. I usually hold in my sneezes because when i sneeze out loud it scratches my throat. Both methods would still make my life meter go down. I had a 20x sneeze combo at work one time, and i swear i felt like a pokemon in a gameboy match with the red beeping meter. There was this one time i sneezed and felt pain in my heart. Szeezing ain't no joke. Stay safe.
