Very few tuners cars that start as cheap cars acutally look nice but the car 8 and 6 look nice. 7 is the best imo though

Nah, that's just an external pipe feeding his intake manifold. Dudes usually only mount that on a track, otherwise you get a whole buncha *$%#goin into your engine.
