I think it’s easy to say that being able to look back in hindsight. As a huge Fab fan back in that day, I don’t remember anyone even associating that song with the West Coast.

It was more like a commercial sounding song with people saying “oh, another Nate Dogg song on the hook”. Hell, he even recited a Mobb Deep line in that song, if I’m not mistaken.

I honestly can’t remember the whole thing but the breaking point was the fact that my homie at the time was going so hard about how he said something about being able to see his earrings from a helicopter he thought that **** was the hardest line ever and I was like na that’s trash and you’re trash then we started getting personal and he ended up rushing me nothing really happed it got broke up in a classroom.
