it shouldnt be a problem adding them it's just you shouldnt air your business out there like she did.

Personally i have no problems befriending anyone on facebook or myspace, i know people that friend their boss... however if i were to do that i would make surei never post anything that might reduce the chances of me continuing to work there. Such as comments and questionable pictures... What she did was talk +%*% onher boss, and apparently her job performance showed it.
