i've been looking but i dont see it anywere.
how do i stop it from showing whenever I post on someone's wall? like it'll say Wesley posted on so and so's wall and then show what i put.
how do i stop that?

Click on the right of the post and it should say remove

You cant have it set for those things not to show up on your page anymore. You have to remove each one manually, like AlexSmithFTW49 said.
