I just received an email asking me to join facebook sent by my ex girl and in the request it had some pics that said were her friends. Two of the pics where random one said like marvel but one was of  my current girl and I at the W and the other was of my uncle who just recently passed. My question is where do they get those pics? Are they actually people my ex is friends with? I sure the hell hope not cause my ex was psycho word to the the have you ever broken up with a hood chick thread and dont want her associating with anyone.

Facebook doesn't go into your computer and upload pictures by itself. People upload the pictures themselves, thats where they get those pics. Check who the album belongs to and thats who uploaded the picture.

What year are you living in?? You most likely have a bunch of family members on Facebook that might be friends with her and has the pics uploaded. You can upload any pic or vid you want.

How else would she have gotten those pics?

Im aware that its the people on facebook that upload the pics. Im asking if the pics that are tiny thumbnails on the bottom of the email asking me to join are of people who she may be actual friends with because my current says she didnt friend her and she never knew my uncle who passed. If i click the link to try to see her profile it just takes me to a screen to sign up and i cant find anything googling either.

So i created a fake profile diff name etc and she just started her page not friends with anyone but one other person who i dont know but somehow it comes up with tons of people we may have in common many of whom are my close friends or family even though i signed up with a fake name bday etc. I would like to know how it comes up with these people i may know cause I do not want her to know or be able to get in touch with anyone i may know.
